Questions about bookings
A child over the age of two is charged. Two babies in one room are charged. When booking, it’s important to let us know about a baby so that we can provide a suitable room and a baby cot.
Questions about meals
We have two dining rooms. The dining room of the Country Lodge which is kosher and the dining room of the kibbutz which is non-kosher. Therefore, it is important to let us know upon booking if you are interested in a kosher meal.
Dinners are held only for groups (minimum 30 people) that have booked a meal in advance.
Questions about operating hours
The reception office works from Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 am – 07:30 pm and Fridays 07:30 am – 5:00 pm.
After hours, you have an on-call phone that you will receive upon arrival.

Mon – Thu: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm / Fridays: 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Check-out
Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 am / Friday: 10:00 am / Saturdays and Holidays: 2:00 pm

When the reception office closes we have a night manager on call.

Kibbutz Ein Harod is located up a hill about a kilometer from the main road (71 Afula/ Beit Shean), and we do not recommend it.

In the center of the kibbutz there is a general store active on weekdays from 07:00 – 19:00, Friday: 07:00 – 13:00. On Saturdays the store is closed.
Questions about the pool
Our guests receive special entry permits to the kibbutz pool at no extra charge.
Lifeguard’s instructions must be followed in all matters relating to the pool’s regulations on any matter.
Beach towels can be purchased at the reception office.
The pool’s operating dates as well as operating hours are determined by the kibbutz’s management as well as its regulations.
